Game crashing after downloading Enchanted by Nature

My game keeps crashing after downloading the new pack. I play with no mods or cc. The game crashes most often after I've accessed Create a Sim while in-game (through a mirror), but also happens randomly at times. I've lost so much play time because it happens so suddenly that I haven't had time to save. I am not the only one reporting. I play on a Macbook Air, Apple M3 2024, 8 GB memory, Sonoma 14.5 OS. Never had this problem before I downloaded the newest pack and updates.
