i have not been able to open my sims game now for almost a week. i have literally deleted all mods off my computer. listed below are the rest of the steps that i have gone through.
i uninstalled the sims 4, deleted the ea app, reinstalled the ea app and then the sims 4 again.... i then repaired the game, i cleared the cache and then repaired the game again and still nothing. i have also uninstalled the sims4 and reinstalled it a few times. i dont know what is going on, but i am beyond aggravated at this point and the fact that i cant get a hold of a customer service person to fix this is absolutely ridiculous at this point. i also shut down and turned on my mac and i have all restarted it. still nothing is helping.... i own (paid for before it was free the sims4 along with the pet and holiday expansion packs) i use to run my game off origin and i see now thats not an option, i even tried to run it on steam but that wont let me do it.

Read the opening post in this thread I have merged your post into and follow the instructions to properly test a clean game, which you haven't yet done.
