Hi, I've recently been trying to redownload The Sims 4 on my Mac, and the EA app won't even open. It tells me ERROR CODE: 10005, assuming it's a network issue, I have tried different networks and rebooting them. I have tried most troubleshooting techniques without being able to access the app whatsoever. There is no Sims 4 folder made, considering my Mac doesn't even want to run EA. Any assistance would be appreciated.
