Game not Launching

Hi, I'm having trouble launching The Sims 4 from the EA App on my Mac. The game appears to load but never actually launches. I’ve already tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling both The Sims 4 and the EA App, but that didn’t solve the issue. I’ve also cleared up storage on my laptop, restarted and shut it down multiple times, but nothing has worked so far.

Here's the details of my Mac

Model: MacBook Pro Model A2141

Year: 2019

Memory: 32GB

macOS version: Sonoma 14.6.1

Storage: 685.13 GB of 1 TB

    I can't really help, other than to say that the exact same thing is happening to me, and there is another post about it too - so maybe it's an issue at EA level?
