Guys i need help
I got a new mac and I downloaded EA and Sims 4 on it. I signed into the EA app and none of my progress is saved, like when I try to play Sims 4 it says create new game instead of resume. What do I do because I already tried deleting it and downloading it again and I've tried logging out and back in. I started playing like a month ago so I have no idea what I'm doing
maddieh39 Saves and other user data are stored locally on your computer, not on EA servers. So you'll need to retrieve your saves from your old computer and transfer them to your new one. All user data is stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
Saves are in the saves folder; saved households and builds are in Tray.
