How can I delete an object that can't be selected?

Hi there

I recently resolved a bug in which I couldn't see all of the debug objects. When I could finally access them, I tried a few and found the ground portal from Realm of Magic. It was the debug version of it. I made it smaller and put it in one of my lots but when I tried to replace it or simply delete it, it was like the object wasn't there at all, except that I still could see it. I tried covering it with a rug, but it just goes underneath. Also tried to build a room around it and see if I could delete it but it still didn't work. Also, all of the tools won't work on it, so I can't select it, delete it, change its colour, duplicate it. I haven't tried bulldozing the lot because I only saved it in my gallery with that portal, and I wish to keep the rest of the build. Finally, there are no interactions in game with it, I can't delete it with a cheat or "use as a head". 

I could really use some help..

PS there are two debug versions of this portal, one that shows no problem and the exact same one (even the description is the same) that presents the problem.
