The game doesn't remove any saves from the Sims 4 folder. Try a full search of your Mac using Terminal. Open Terminal, copy/paste the following command then hit Enter:
Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find / -type f -name "*Slot_*" 2>/dev/null
After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.

Thanks. That save - Slot_00000044 - looks like it may still be in your iCloud trash. You can check by signing into iCloud in a web browser then going to Drive then Recently Deleted. Maybe that is one of your old saves?- 2 years ago
No problem. 🙂 I did everything you told me, but it said "No items" under the "Recently Deleted". Plus, my iCloud storage is full on my Mac, so there is no space. Maybe that's why it didn't show up?
