I need help with my packs

I used to play Sims 4 on windows using steam, I now switched to a MacBook and realized I don't have access to like 4-5 packs I have bought. In my sims game it shows I own these packs but it doesn't show that in my EA app... I have had a lot of trouble trying to reach EA support and NEEEED advice on what to do so $102 wasn't just wasted. I don't have the money to rebuy these and would like to enjoy the game lol

Hey spitfirenaud,

This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid Steam-purchased content isn't available on macOS, so the packs you purchased through Steam would only be accessible on Windows.

why isn't it mentioned when you purchase, that sucks seriously so so bad and I feel scammed lol. Thank you
