I wanted to try mods but there is no "mods" folder. I found the sims 4 file in my computer and there are NO folders in it period, much less a "mods" folder. I have almost 1000 hours so the "five-minute" rule will not work. Help, please. I am using Mac, not PC. The picture is of the ONLY "The Sims 4" folder on my computer.
I downloaded the game from Origin. I have launched it, I have nearly 1000 playing hours on the game. I don't know where exactly the file is located, I search "The Sims 4" to the find the file (as it's not as simple as on PC to find the file" and only have the one file, with no files in it.
Launch the game and click on load game then hover over one of the households to see the file path:

I did what you said, but before I posted it I wanted to see if it was there. The proper folder was there (I do not know why it didn't show up in the first place. Yesterday I couldn't even FIND the Electronic Arts folder. I put my mods in the folder and they are working. Thank you very much for your help!
