Loading screen crash

I have been trying to get into sims 4, for over 3 hours...

I get into the main menu, but after i try and get from there and into the game, nothing happens except loading for several minutes until i give up. No cc in my game too. Restarted the macbook pro 4/5 times, logged in and out several times, and reinstalled the game...

What do i do?
