Lots loading empty

Recently my game has been loading lots completely empty. For example, if my sim family moves, they buy the house and all that and then once they load on the lot there is no house. Another example is when my sim had a funeral, I selected the community lot and then when they traveled there for the event there was no cemetery so I had to add one from the gallery. Anything added from the gallery stays but if I try to move them to a pre existing lot it just disappears when I get there. I even tried going to manage worlds and editing the lots but they also disappear. I have also noticed that in the cemetery case, the lot had defaulted to a residential lot because when I went to add one it asked me to change the lot type. So it seems like it’s not even registering that informations 

I’ve repaired the game multiple times, and created a new folder then played for a little and then transferred my Saves and Tray folder. I really don’t want to lose my saves as I’ve worked really hard on some of them but I’m also annoyed because my sims are kinda stuck to one specific lot without having all the buildings disappear…
