My game won't connect to the internet
PLEASE HELP! I am on Mac, and I quite literally haven't been able to get my game to go online since before the Reaper Rewards event. Every time I try to connect to the gallery, I get the loading screen that says attempting to connect forever and it never fails or connects. I had it run for an hour once and it didn't connect. I do play with mods but I've tried removing all of them and it didn't help. These are things I've tried so far:
- repairing the game
- restarting my computer
- restarting the EA app
- removing EVERY file from the Sims 4 document folder (I also tried only deleting the caches)
- Trying to connect on different WiFi networks (3 different ones)
- Turning off my firewall and antivirus
- I'm sure I've tried other things too.
I've been able to download packs and get SDX drops, it just won't let me go online to access the limited-time events nor the gallery. Help would be very much appreciated! (I want to do this event!!) Files attached are what I see when I try to connect to the gallery and an error message I got earlier today.
