my pack wont download

i purshcaed the werewolves pack years ago it never was able to downlaod and still wont. the EA app claims i do nto own the pack even thoguh i bought it and can click downlaod. i have spoken to the little AI thing it was no help, i cleared the catche and nothign was fixed i tried oepning a case but EA did not open one i dont know what to do and i need it fixed.
