I’m on a Mac, and they’re being showed as owned/downloaded, but they’re not showing up In game. This probably has something to do with my folder is sitting on my desktop, but I’m unsure where it would go. I tried going users->applications but ts4 isn’t showing up as an application ☹️
What folder is on your Desktop?
What is the contents of your EA Games folder in User > Applications > EA Games?
What is the installation location of your game in EA App > Settings > Download?
Sims 4 is not loading in new packs I bought. | EA Forums - 13308550 This worked for me. Try this.
Im having the same issue, it's saying I own them and I have them in game but when I start up sims they don't show up in game. I repaired my game twice, cleared the cache and neither worked.
i have the same issue, i contacted ea about it and they were useless they didnt help anything

Also, it’s not letting me repair my packs either but it’s letting me download them
