No Games Showing At All On EA APP

Hey guys! I just recently downloaded the EA app via. the Sims website so that I could play, but upon opening the app, no games are showing up at all? The main homescreen/library are all blank, and there's no area to browse games either. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my cache, clearing background runners on my computer, but I keep running into the same problem. Has anyone else had this problem/know how to fix it??
