Origin gallery offline + blank homepage

Hi, I think there is something wrong with my Origin. 

For a while, my Origin has said 'finalizing' under The Sims 4 tab in My Library. My Origin is "offline" and when I right click it, the option to repair is greyed out. However, I can still load the game by playing under My Home > Recent Games. When I load the game, I can't access the Gallery, because it says I'm offline. My computer is definitely connected to the internet, and this has been happening for days... Also, my home screen when i load the game is missing the usual promos at the top and is now white (see attached). I don't think this is normal? Otherwise the game seems to be working fine... I can even still purchase/download expansion packs. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems I might have to uninstall Origin, but wanted to ask here first. 

I recently updated to Mac Os Catalina 10.15.4. I also recently used Cleanmymac x (the free trial version) once and I'm worried it deleted something from my computer... I've since deleted it. I checked my firewall, it's off. I don't believe I have a virus. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!
