Packs installed, but keep saying "restart to use" when I open Sims 4 to play

I finally bought Discover University and the Toddlers Stuff pack yesterday, and both have installed, but when I try to open the Sims, they both say "restart to use" when I hover over their icons, and...

Did you run the Origin reset tool? https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
