plz helppp

so i have not been able to play sims and i am so mad because i bought the new pack and have yet to play it because when i open the sims app it auto redirects me to my EA home screen. anyone have an idea how to fix? i already deleted sims and re installed as well as deleting EA app and re install and update my mac. idk what it could be.
