plz helppp

so i have not been able to play sims and i am so mad because i bought the new pack and have yet to play it because when i open the sims app it auto redirects me to my EA home screen. anyone have an idea how to fix? i already deleted sims and re installed as well as deleting EA app and re install and update my mac. idk what it could be.

    I'm having the same issue and haven't been able to resolve it. I have a MacBook Air M2 with Sequoia 15.3.2. What kind of Mac and macOS are you using?
