Problems on new device

I just bought a new MacBook for playing Sims 4.  After installing the EA app and downloading all my expansion packs etc. None of my previous games were available so I had to start a new game. It all...

    Yes I did tag Origin, simply because it asked me to use tags. 
    No as I said in the post I am using the EA app. 
    It should already be functioning as a clean game as it’s a new device and it hasn’t saved any of my previous games, plus I don’t have any mods or CC downloaded.

      I understand. But have you tried a clean folder again since this has happened as per the instructions in my previous post? Please come back after you have done so and post a screenshot of the contents of the newly created Sims 4 folder in list view showing date modified.
