Re: ❗️Sims 4 Screen Flickering

It sounds like one or more Mods/pieces of CC is causing the game to act weird.

Try this and see if it helps.

1) Move your entire Sims 4 folder to your Desktop. DO NOT DELETE IT! This is where your saved games are stored.

2) Start up Sims 4 and allow for a new Sims 4 folder to generate. Remember that none of your saved games, CC, Mod will be present at this time.

3) Start a new game and play for about an hour or so. Save and exit your game. Please report back if there are any additional problems as it could be something else.

If the game starts up and plays fine at this point, it is definitely one of your Mods or CC that is causing the issue. Check back with the different creators to see if they have updated.

Please note that anytime a new patch comes out, CC/Mod creators need to update their content. It is a good practice to turn off Automatic Updates to insure that you have control over your game and can play until your favorite Mods are updated to the latest patch.
