I'm having this exact issue..I recently updated,I know where the original Documents/Electronic Arts folder is, but it is suddenly gone since updating, yet I can also make and re-load savesIt says my save folder is C:\users\Public\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves\Slot_00000002.save I'm on a mac and have searched for hours now of how to locate this, it MUST exist somewhere as I'm able to load saves, but mac's don't have a C// drive!?! I can't explain it, or figure it out ☹️I have tried to also see if I can open the directory from the game itself but haven't had luck

@Ronducis Yep. It's illegal. Probably shouldn't really be posting on the official game publisher's website asking for help with it....!

@Ronducis You would if you downloaded and launched the game through Origin and completely uninstalled the pirated version.

Can you please follow the instructions posted in the reply directly before yours explaining how to find the game file location.

Macs don't have C: drives, that's Windows.

That is not the location of your user data where saves, mods, screenshots, tray and other user content is stored. The location for the user data is:

Macintosh HD > Users > [User] > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4

It's also odd that you have that file location referencing a C drive which is for Windows users. Where did you download your game from? Because my installed game on 3 different Macs currently does not have this file path: drive_c/users/Public/Documents/Electronic Arts

Hello. I read other forum before about having an issue with TS4 EA folder. I did everything that was said there but it didn't work for me. Can anyone help me?

Same! When I open Documents folder it's empty. There is no folders.

Ok. Please open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command then press Enter/Return:

find / -type d -name "Electronic Arts *" 2>/dev/null

It will take a while to return the search results. When it does please copy and paste the results into a post here.
