If it’s online, I simply get an eternal loading screen. No error messages or anything. Just a never-ending, spinning plumbob. And yes, I’ve tried it at the library and it still does the same thing unfortunately.

Hmm. Could you set up a new user account on your Mac and see if you can launch the game in that account https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchl3e281fc9 I’ll try it! But if it works then what would be the next step because I wouldn’t want to buy all my DLC again ☹️

You won't have to. Origin should be accessible to you in the new user account as it is installed, by default in the Macintosh HD > Applications folder, not the User Applications folder. So, set up the new Mac user account, open Origin in that account and login and you should see your game and be able to play it. Thank you! I’ll be back to you soon to let you know if it works!
Hi. So I figured it out… apparently, it *was* my internet connection. I could’ve sworn that I tried to run it at the library, but now I’m remembering that I didn’t because I was in a rush to get home. Thank you for all your help!
