Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I play the Sims 4, it will not allow me to save my game progress. I receive no error message. It saves as I normally expect it to but when I reload the game, it returns to the 'start a new game' option and I cannot access my previous game saves
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not save my game and access any game saves

Please describe the patch or change you made. It was after Sims 4 introduced automatic updates to download whilst the game is still playing
