[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Hi, 

Ive had this issue for a while and nothing seems to fix it, every time I make a new household any of my previous saves or editing completely wipes and returns the progress to what you start with when you first get the game. 

I dont use mods anymore and ive tried resetting, repairing and moving my saves. Ive also reinstalled the game multiple times.
