Hi, I have a little problem with my sims4, maybe someone can help me.
Every time I enter the game it appears as if I had never created any sim, ie my gallery is empty and I have to create a "new game". When I do it everything is fine and there is no problem to play. What happens is that when I exit the game, I save my family or sims created as to save the progress and I exit the game. When I re-enter the game, my empty gallery appears again and I have to create a "new game" again. What I mean is that I can't play with the same family or sim more than once.
Can someone help me?
