[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Hiya, I was having the issue last week where I couldn't download HSY which has now thankfully been resolved, however, now that I'm able to play my games aren't saving. I created a new households, played for a while, saved and then turned off for a bit. Then when I came back to play later, nothing I had done earlier had been saved. I created a new household again, and the next time I logged in to play the same thing happened. Nothing had saved. Any ideas what the issue might be?
