Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Exit the game and come back, even after saving.
What happens when the bug occurs? I just installed sims on my new MacBook. Ever since, every time I create a household I'll play for hours, save it, come back and it's gone. If I exit to the main menu before I leave and it'll say resume, but I leave the game and it's as if I've reset it.
What do you expect to see? The household/scenario I just created.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I've tried repairing and updating and nothing has worked.
