Hello, I need help with a big problem. I changed my computer from an older Mac to a new version, the previous families disappeared, but it was not that big of a loss. The problem is that no new save is saved - if I leave the game for a moment, I come back and the save still exists, but if I close the computer the save absolutely disappears. What should I do? I will add that after restarting the game, The Sims sends me a notification that "graphics card not recognized - your graphics card is not recognized in the database." The computer is new from the store. Please help
