I know this question has already been asked before and I’ve tried all the solutions given on here as well but it still won’t work!!
I have, use the reset origin thing, re installed the game on my hard drive and repaired it. I’ve also made sure to update my Origin preferences so everything saves on my hard drive.
I just lose my whole game everytime I play it’s so annoying. I can still see the household I’ve created in my gallery but that’s all. All the progress I’ve done is gone and they have no more home. I honestly don’t know why that’s happening, I used to never have issues until now. Please help 😭
