I dont really know what to do. My Sims game has randomly started doing this thing where it deletes everything no matter how many times I save the game before I exit. I spent like 3 hours on a new game, opened sims again and it was gone so I thought it was something I did wrong on my end, restarted the world, and same thing. I've talked to support 3x with no luck at all and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Origin and Sims twice but am still having no luck. Throughout all of this, I would make new worlds with randomized people and save it as a test run only for it to wipe as well. The only option I have upon opening Sims is for a 'New Game' instead of loading one.
At this point I do not care about regaining those worlds I lost, I just want to make sure it doesn't happen again.
What can I do?? I'm playing on Mac. I am beyond frustrated.
