[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

ISSUE Saves One minute your game is working fine. The next you go to play and the Load Game button has disappeared, there seems to be no way to play an existing save. CC/Mods Newly added ...

@BluebellfloraSo I'm having the issue where I can no longer view my saves or my households or mod/ packs. when I log into the game it says I don't own anything....and I have a lot of packs and things.... So I have checked my iCloud and adjusted the settings so that my docs and desktop items are no longer going there or optimized. I also moved the stuff back to my User folder. Still unable to view my games. I was also having an issue with Origin because it wasn't loading any content on the Mac app, so I ran the rest and debug installs which fixed that issue. But I still can't play my Sims games...... Everything was fine a few months ago so I'm not sure what to do. I do not want to start fresh on a new game... please help me

    Is your issue with your user data such as saves and mods not loading or is your issue with Packs not showing? These are two very different issues.

      So to be totally honest I'm not sure what's wrong with it, when I load the game it no longer says "Resume Game" it now says "New Game". Also, When I go to "Packs" or "Kits" I have attached a screenshot of what I mean.

        This thread is for your user data, the contents of your Sims 4 folder, not loading, not for any Pack issues which will be completely unrelated.

        Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following search command then hit Enter/Return:

        find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null

        After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.
