Screen glitching/flickering after changing to ea app

After i went from origin to ea app. I got some issues with my screen. When i am in build mode and move my camera i see weird lines and colours. The settings are already on the highest, enabled vertic and have this in every size screen. Its getting realy annoying while building or playing. Also tried repair game and downloading game again and that also did not change anything

Please help me
