Sims 4 closes immediately when trying to launch

    Thank you! I tried to rename the Sims 4 folder and move it out of the Electronic Arts folder, but the problem still keeps happening.

      You didn't need to move it out of the EA folder AND rename it, just one or the other. Was a new Sims 4 folder created when you attempted to launch the game?
