sims 4 doesn't launch after updates

Hello, 

so there was an update like a month or 2 ago and after that my sims 4 couldn't launch anymore. It appeared the following message:

Unable to start:

Initialization error at start up.

[135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0]

So what i did was to uninstall it and install it again (losing all my saved games) and then it worked like usual without problem. So yesterday i wanted to play and there was a new update and after I updated it I couldn't start the game again and it appears the same message. I tried to "repair" it using the option that appears in origin but doesn't help at all. What can be done so that I don't have to uninstall it and install the game every time there's an update.
