Sims 4 Game in Simplified Chinese, But Selected Language Shows English ?

Hi All!

I’m hoping that someone can help me - I play on an M1 Macbook Air. I just recently loaded up my game, but it shows everything (game options, gallery, etc.) as being in Chinese. When I checked what language my game was in the EA app, it showed that my game was still in English.

Are there any specific mods that I could have accidentally downloaded which would cause this effect? Thank you in advance if someone can help!! :)
