Not sure if anybody has already touched on this. Every time I open Sims 4, it does not give me the option to play a household that has already been created and placed on a lot. While playing, I have the ability to save a household once they're placed to a lot but when I quit and reopen Sims 4, all game data is gone. I also have glitches in gameplay when I'm on a lot, there will be black triangle spots on surrounding lots. I have graphics set to Ultra because I've found that is the only way that the game won't freeze up and crash. When I lower the graphics in the game settings, creating a household goes smoothly, but as soon as I place to a lot and enter build mode, the game freezes and then crashes. All game content I have is up to date as well.

Here is a screenshot of my iMac specs. Thank you for your reply. I believe I fixed the issue with my games not saving as well; I turned off the optimize mac storage for icloud.
