Sims 4 Snowy Escape map not showing up in-game

Mt. Komorebi is not showing up in-game ☹️ Anyone else has this problem? When I click on the world, it's just a grey screen... I tried going there by playing in another world and then going to the ph...

How do you update the tool mod? What if you have no mods and it still isn't working?

If you don't have the Mod installed this fix isn't relevant 🙂 Please can you start your own thread explaining exactly what the problem is.
