Hi! Thank you so much for your help, but I tried it and nothing changed. I turned off all the proxies on my computer and saved it and restarted origin and it sadly is staying the same. If you have any other useful tips that would be awesome!

@bearhugs808, try resetting Origin. Here is the link to the instructions.
