Sims Completing Commands In Place

Hey, my sims are not moving but competing commands in place. 

They will 'Go Here' but all other commands they won't move and the object will start initiating the interaction. (Practise piano, sim will not move but piano turns on etc). Travelled to a different lot and it was the same.

I have reset the sim through cheats bar, reset the sim through debug, uninstalled the EA app, made a new save file, repaired the game through EA app, I have no mods or CC...I don't know what else to do.
