I recently updated my MacBook and the sims game but when I travel, the game often crashes. It also occasionally causes my mac to shut down. It’s only happening with the sims being open so I don’t think the fault lies with the mac. I read about trying without mods on but I don’t have any installed. Has anyone else got this issue or knows how to fix it? Thank you!

Which model Macs are you using? Specific year, model and chip (Intel/M) please.
