sims wont even launch
My sims wont even launch from the ea app, been like it all day i have literally tried everything. no help from ea support either so thats nice is anyone else having this??

I've been having this issue for about 10 days.... I uninstalled and reinstalled everything.
I just use the game packs so no cheats/mods or anything in the game to have caused this.
It's incredibly frustrating to have paid $100's for a game you can't even launch.
Half the time it says sims 4 is already running the other half the EA app just minimises and relaunches
savannah102004 how far into the loading does it get? What happens after you press play in EA App? Does the game bounce in the Dock then stop? Do you get the loading screen then nothing?
