Purchased the Sleek Bathroom Kit for my Mac but it's not showing up in downloads or add-ons. EA app has kit listed as if I haven't purchased it but I received a purchase confirmation email from EA. How do I download the kit without paying for it again?
So, I logged out of EA and then back in. When I logged back in, both packs showed up in my add-ons. Hope this helps!

I also have this same issue! email receipt and a charge with my bank, but pack still says "purchase" in the ea app
Same issue here. I purchased both new kits (Sleek Bathroom and Sweet Allure) several days ago now. Neither are showing up in my add-ons to download. What needs to be done to get my kits up and running?
I am experiencing the same issue! Paid for the Kit, went to download it, couldn't find it. So I figured the purchase must not have gone through, so I purchased it again. 🙃 I checked my email and I have two order confirmations now, but no Kit to download. I guess I'll dispute the charges.
