Sound Not Playing Through Bluetooth on Beats Solo³?

I have a set of Beats Solo³, and I've recently started using the Bluetooth on them. It works fine for listening to anything else, but when I boot up Sims 4, it doesn't play any audio at all. If I disconnect the headset and play the audio through the computer's speakers, it works fine. I've also never had a problem playing the audio through the same headphones when they're connected via the headphone jack.

    Hello @NumeroLetter

Have you tried adjusting any of the Mac settings or in-game audio settings?

Can you share your hardware and operating system specs?

I just tested my Beats Solo³ (forgot I have the same model) and the sound plays normally through them in-game wirelessly. Tested my AirPods too and they also worked fine. Spec. of the machine I tested on:

    iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)

    macOS 10.14.6 Mojave

    3.6 GHz Intel Core i9

    32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB

Can you check again and this time have System Preferences > Sound open at the same time to see if for some reason the headphones are disconnecting to the bluetooth when you have the game open? Playing in windowed mode will make this easier to switch between the two windows.

    Try this:

Settings / System / Sound / Sound Control Panel / Communications / Set to “Do nothing”

    UPDATE:
Sorry, didn't notice this was for Mac only, setting is for Windows 10 ☹️
