Switched to Mac EA App from Origin and now my Sims 4 game is not loading?

Question

Recently switched to Mac EA App from Origin and now my Sims 4 game is not loading. It bounces in the dock, then never actually opens. EA App, Sims 4, and my MacBook Air are all updated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Sims 4 and EA App, repaired my Sims 4 game via EA App, did App Recovery via EA App, and followed Blue Bell Flora's post on resetting the EA App by clearing the cache and other files manually.

What else could I be doing wrong? I have a 2020 13-inch MacBook Air and it is updated to MacOS Sonoma.

@curlygirlhannah  System Settings &gt; Privacy &amp; Security &gt; Full Disk Access - does EA App have full disk access enabled? Does Sims 4?

Ok. If a repair didn't work, and you tried a completely new clean Sims 4 folder with none of your existing content, and EA App and TS4 have the necessary permissions they require, then I have no idea. Hopefully you find a fix. If you do it would help others if you post back what worked for you.
