Unknown Issue

I play The Sims 4 on a MacBook Air and have been for the last 4 years. For some reason, recently, my game will freeze/crash when I try to save, go to manage worlds, and download lots off of the gallery. I also noticed when in build mode, my camera (not to take a picture but how you move around) will freeze and jump around when trying to turn my POV. All of these actions result in the game crashing and I have to force quit. I have tried to remove the localcachefile, deleted all mods and cc, uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and have repaired my game multiple times. I have tried everything and it still happens. Any help or recommendations would be very appreciated!!
