hi, I have an information that I have to update my game, but when I click that, then click the button continue, nothing happens. I can't do the update and also I can't play the sims 4. What should I do?

Im having this same exact problem and it’s been about a week now for me. I cleared my cache and reinstalled the EA app. I’ve followed several videos on YouTube and nothing. Hope we both get a fix soon.
ps. Are you able yo repair your Sims 4 in the app? It’s like my app is completely frozen on Sims 4.
