Have you checked your iCloud Drive and storage for the Sims 4 user data? [READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues | EA Forums - 10979712
Have you searched your Mac for your game installation and your Sims 4 user data folder? Terminal is the best way to do this:
- Open Terminal (Applications > Utilities > Terminal)
- Enter the following search command and hit Enter'Return:
find / -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
It will take a while to return the search results. Once it's finished the command prompt will reappear. Copy and paste all the search results in a post here please.

You haven't entered the command correctly. Copy and paste my command, don't add anything before it.

Thanks. Your Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder is in OneDrive where the game will not load any of your user data from. It must be directly in the Documents folder for the game to be able to read it and load your data.
