Hello everyone, I’ve been having a difficult time trying to figure out how to remove one of the mod folders I have. One folder location is (one drive- documents- electronic arts- sims 4 )
the other folder is just in my documents folder in the same order on my actual pc. If I delete or change the name of one of the folders my cc will not show up in my game. Please help me it’s taking up a lot of my space !.
niabandzz1 Which folder did you rename and make the game not recognize your mods? That's the folder the game is reading. You should be able to delete the other one safely. If that's not the case, please let me know whether you want to keep using OneDrive at all.

I renamed the folder that was in one drive. Which made my cc not show up. I then switched it back and the changed the name of the folder that’s in my actual documents folder and my cc stopped showing up for that one too. I don’t care to use one drive I just want to be able to deleted one of those mod folders but still have my cc show up in game. So however way you see fit is good, I just want more space so I can download more cc lol.
niabandzz1 I would suggest the option here, under "I want to get rid of OneDrive":

That way, you can download however much custom content you can fit on your computer without having to pay for more cloud storage. The guide's anchors aren't working (a limitation of the site), so just use ctrl-F and search for keywords to navigate.
