23 times to launch the game
i have to try launching my game up to 23 times and restart my computer 2x during this process to actually get in to play. I have tried clearing the game cache and my computer cache. i don't know what...
WINTER20060 The next time you play, try forcing the game to open in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero). You want the fullscreen setting, not anything else with "fullscreen" in the name.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
