A lot of (idk if all) the plants off-lot don't show up

My graphics are set at ultra, and even without mods the plants don't seem to show up. I uploaded how it should look like vs how it actually looks like for me. This didn't happen before, but im not su...

lenflwrs​  Do the plants appear if you zoom in on them?  Does it matter what season you're in?  You don't need to play through all the seasons; just start one new save in each season and have a look at the scenery around this lot.

They don't appear when i zoom in, and it doesn't matter what season i'm in they still won't appear
